Your Appointment

WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking, checking in and taking a few moments to relax and enjoy our salon amenities.

LATE ARRIVAL:  To ensure we provide an excellent customer experience to all guests, we like to be on time for our clients. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your service, we may need to reschedule your service or shorten your appointment time. The regular service price will apply. Any client later than 15 minutes will be considered a no show. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION POLICY:  Out of respect for our team and our customers, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, this allows us ample time to schedule another client.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation for any service. Failure to give 48hr notice will result in a fee of 50% of your total service. 
We understand things happen and will take all things into consideration.

NO SHOWS: Clients who fail to call or show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services after the first no show. For repeated no shows and last minute cancellations, clients can  schedule appointments for the day of as a walk in or over the phone. 

At The Salon

FOR YOUR PROTECTION:  We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

CELL PHONES: To give you the full attention you deserve and to provide a relaxing environment for everyone, we request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and converse in our waiting area or outside.

CHILDREN: For their safety and for the comfort of other guests, children under 8 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service. Also, please note, our massage chair may not be safe for children under 12 years old.

PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT:  If anyone feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately, intoxicated and or acting disrespectful, our team is authorized to not perform a service or stop the treatment immediately, and client will be charged 50% of their service.


OUR PRICING:  At the time your appointment is booked, you will receive an estimated cost for your service. Exact pricing is based on the services performed and the duration of your service.. During your consultation, your service provider will recommend services to best suit your needs within your budget and maintenance schedule.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates.

GRATUITY: A gratuity is always up to you. We hope that you will be inspired by the quality of your experience to offer something extra for the person who served you. Customarily, clients tip their service providers between 10-20%

ENVIRONMENTAL FEE:  A $1 fee will be added to your service for our Environmental Stewardship Fee. We take pride in giving the extra effort to reduce our environmental impact and there’s no charge for that. This fee is the cost we pay to Green Circle Salon to recycle hair, color disposal, metals, plastics, spa waste and more. 


SERVICES:  We aim to give you the best possible salon experience and service. With this in mind, it’s good to remember that no treatment, cut, or color will look the same on two different people. Care, maintenance, and pricing are also considerations. Customizing your services is an essential part of what we offer. Our service providers take the time to listen to you and assess what would work best for you within your schedule and budget.

Our providers are well-trained and knowledgeable and if they feel that a certain style or service will not work well for you, they may decline to perform that service, but will offer other solutions to meet your needs and expectations.

We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, all services are guaranteed up to two weeks of your initial visit, our service providers would be happy to have you come in to make an adjustment.

NEW CLIENT HAIR COLOR RELEASE FORM: We use high quality products and the healthiest options we can find for providing beautiful hair color. However, this is a chemical process and results may vary from person to person. Please read our release form carefully and sign before your first color service and for all color correction services.

Note: We suggest a clarifying treatment for your first visit to remove any metals or build-up that may prevent the color from processing correctly.

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All product returns must be within 30 days. A full refund will be issued for unopened products; store credit will be issued for opened products.
